- Assistance in the re-flagging of vessels under the Maritime Security Program (MSP, TSP and ACP) program(s).
- Develop GAP Documents for MSP and ACP reflags.
- Develop Periodic Safety Test Procedures for reduced engine room manning and reduced watch keeping
- Develop manning proposals for vessels seeking reduced manning or watchkeeping per MSM Vol III, IMO principles of Safe Manning and the ISM Code
- PCB Environmental Audits to satisfy EPA and MARAD requirements surrounding the Toxic Substance Control Act of 1979
- Develop and modification of existing Fire Control and Safety Plans
- Conduct internal audits of company safety management and security programs required under the International Safety Management (ISM) Code,
- Assist in preparation for Coast Guard inspections including review of vessel safety systems, review of crew competency for drills and evaluation of the vessels state of compliance with Coast Guard rules
- Provide technical engineering services to commercial vessel operators modifying their vessels, or for small passenger vessels operators, when seeking to obtain an initial Certificate of Inspection (COI) from the Coast Guard.
- Provide advanced commercial vessel inspection training to the United States Coast Guard and Classification Societies under contract.
